01

Agreement and operator

These Terms apply when you create an account, accept a workspace invitation, or use Mozzy. Mozzy is currently operated by William Thomas (“Mozzy”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you use Mozzy for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement.

02

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

Workspace owners control membership and invitations. Members can access the projects and reports within a workspace, so invite only people who should see that material. Separate workspaces should be used where client or team information must remain isolated.

03

Your reports, files, and content

You retain ownership of content submitted to Mozzy. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, copy for backups, and transmit that content solely to operate and support the service.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the material and to share it with workspace members. Avoid unnecessary personal information and never upload passwords, payment-card details, private keys, access tokens, or production secrets. Redact screenshots and logs before uploading them where practical.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use Mozzy to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe systems without permission, harass others, overload the service, bypass access controls, or obtain information from a workspace you are not authorised to access.

Automated connections must be limited to systems you own or are authorised to monitor. You remain responsible for configuring what those systems send to Mozzy.

Do not submit spam, create automated accounts, fill hidden anti-bot fields intentionally, bypass submission rate limits, or interfere with maths challenges and other reasonable abuse-prevention controls. If a legitimate submission is rejected, retry with the new challenge or contact support.

05

Mozzy Assistance

Assistance connections summarise technical signals to help identify possible issues. They are an aid, not a guarantee that every fault, security event, outage, or data-loss condition will be detected. Review reports before relying on them or acting in a production environment.

You may connect Mozzy only to a website you own or are authorised to administer and monitor. You are responsible for confirming that its configuration and submitted diagnostic information are appropriate for that website and the people whose information it may contain.

The shared WordPress plugin does not contain a project token. After you approve a connection, WordPress stores its private connector token in that website’s options. Protect WordPress administrator and database access, and replace the token promptly if it may have been exposed.

The WordPress connector sends health and diagnostic signals to Mozzy and can execute authenticated maintenance commands you explicitly approve, including protected updates, backups and automatic rollback. It does not provide general remote administration access.

Assistance is not a substitute for secure development, backups, uptime monitoring, vulnerability management, professional incident response, or testing. Delivery may fail when the connected website, Mozzy, or the network is unavailable.

06

Availability, changes, and backups

We aim to keep Mozzy useful and available, but maintenance, faults, local infrastructure, internet providers, and third-party services may interrupt access. Features may change as the product develops.

Keep independent copies of business-critical evidence. Export tools are provided for convenience but should not be treated as your only backup system.

07

Third-party services

Mozzy may rely on hosting, email, DNS, security, tunnelling, storage, and monitoring providers. Their own terms may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable care when selecting and configuring providers.

Contact enquiries may be delivered to active Super Admins through the configured transactional email provider. A delivery failure does not remove the copy stored in Mozzy’s Contact inbox.

08

Suspension, exports, and deletion

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect Mozzy or its users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

Workspace owners are responsible for exporting information they need before deleting projects or access. Some records may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is required by law.

Regular members may close their account from Settings. Access ends immediately, and signing in within 14 days restores the account. Ownership of shared workspaces must be transferred first. If you close an account that solely owns a workspace, that workspace and its content are permanently deleted when the recovery period ends. Super Admin accounts require direct administrative handling and cannot be closed through Settings.

09

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Mozzy is provided without additional implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any limitation is reduced to the minimum extent required for it to be lawful and fair.

10

Changes, governing law, and contact

Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date. We may ask you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use Mozzy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Use the contact form for questions or concerns.
